Stick & Puck is open practice time for skaters of all ages — work on your skating, passing, shooting, and puck handling without the structure of a game. Sessions are not scrimmage time; focus only on individual skill work or skill drills with friends.
No sign-up required. Sessions are first-come, first-served, though occupancy may be capped. Pay and sign in at the front office before taking the ice.
Younger skaters and those working with them should use the north end of the rink. More experienced skaters use the south end.
Any coach wishing to instruct during Stick & Puck must be approved by the rink manager before taking the ice.
