The Palouse Hills Skating Club
The Palouse Ice Rink is the principle headquarters of the Palouse Hills Skating Club. We welcome all interested skaters, fans, or supporters to join the Club and find out more about what we do and about the wonderful sport of figure skating. Membership in our club gives skaters and fans a big discount in USFS membership, one years’ subscription to Skating Magazine, access to USFS Club figure skating sessions around the country, the opportunity to participate in shows, competitions and testing events, skating insurance, special discounts for National skating competitions and shows, and many more benefits.

Palouse Hills Skating Club Figure Skating Hours and Prices
The Palouse Hills Skating Club has figure skating sessions at Mondays at 4pm.
Please note that jumps, spins and routines are prohibited during public skate – please attend Monday at 4pm or PHFS club ice. When Club hours are scheduled, they are open to all current USFSA and ISU members.
Figure Skate sessions through the PIR
Currently the PIR is hosting Figure Skate Sessions to help the club build their member base. These sessions are open to the public with the intent to learn more about skating, joining the club, taking lessons and those who potential would like to perform and compete.
Please check the Schedule page for Figure Skating dates & times! Rink figure skating sessions are open to all members of the public specifically for figure skating practice and private lessons. The Rink often adds extra figure skating sessions (especially over school vacation periods) so be sure to check the schedule often. All skaters are encouraged to attend our “Public Skate” sessions scheduled on our rink calendar. Usually, the middle of the ice is reserved for figure skate practice. When public skate sessions are too busy, jumps and routines are prohibited for patron safety.

- Our Learn-to-Skate Program is the best way to start taking lessons! The Learn-to-Skate Program is not only for beginners but for all Skating levels and ages. - Private Lesson’s with a Coach: Private lessons are available during rink “Figure Skating Sessions”. Please contact our coaches directly to arrange Private or small group Lessons.
