I have spent over 25 years working in the ice arena industry. I have traveled to over 30 countries, 45 states and have lived in 8 states. I am a skating coach, skated with Disney on Ice and play adult hockey. I spent as much time as possible backpacking and rooting on my Patriots and Red Sox!

"I'm a huge sports fanatic! There aren't many sports I haven't played or won't play! Still to do: cricket, handball, and pickleball! My favorites: hockey (of course), cycling, rugby, and soccer (although basketball, I love you, too!) I also enjoy working on bikes, currently learning some website design and programming (html, css, php, javascript, etc.), brazing and welding, and ukulele/tenor guitar!

Since moving from my hometown of Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 11, I have spent the vast majority of my waking hours at the Palouse Ice Rink. I love all things hockey and am always happiest when I'm on the ice. I've worked at the Palouse Ice Rink since 2011 and am currently majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy at the University of Idaho.

I am a determined and hard working high school student, currently in my sophomore year, and participate in the MHS Environmental Club and the Moscow Bears hockey team. I have high academic standings and enjoy leadership roles and opportunities in school and in the community. I am also an honest individual with a great work ethic.

After participating on several committees and seeing the value the rink offers the Palouse, he accepted an invitation to become a full board member. Tony is married with two daughters. He graduated from the University of Idaho and has worked at NRS for 24 years, serving as the CFO and Human Resource Director for 15 years. Mark McGuire

Mark began playing hockey as an adult and found it a great way to keep in shape in the winter while enjoying the team camaraderie. He coached his son in youth hockey "until he was better than me." He found watching the kids develop and compete was a true joy, so making sure the youth of the area have access to a regulation sheet of ice is a personal goal. Mark hopes the community can build a new facility in the very near future to support the continued growth for all activities at the rink. In his other life, Mark is Director of the Idaho Agricultural Experiment Station at the University of Idaho and conduct research in lactation and nutrition. He enjoys the diversity of agriculture and beauty of Idaho.
