Moscow City Council Supports a New Ice Rink

THE WORK of the Palouse Ice Rink (PIR) Board, staff and volunteers over the past year has focused on continuing and strengthening efforts toward making our shared dream of a full-sized ice facility a reality.

YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT and GENEROSITY has made our dream closer to a reality than it has ever been.  Thank you for caring enough about our COMMUNITY and our YOUTH and for continuing to support the PIR.

City of Moscow Officials are working in earnest with the PIR Board to secure $1million of the Hamilton Fund to support the rink expansion.  The 2016-17 season is underway and all programs are running smoothly thanks to Bill Anderson, the new rink manager.  Welcome Bill!  Please make sure to introduce yourself to him – he’s often sporting a Texas Longhorn cap.

Thank you Moscow City Council and all the community members who came out to support the PIR expansion project!

$2.1 Million Still Needed BY 2018!

It takes committed volunteers, leaders, community members like YOU with a great vision and a DREAM.  We’ve paid off all our past debt and raised over $250,000 in cash through our Galas and fundraisers but there is still much work to be done.
